Exposure to electromagnetic radiation reduced serum levels of testosterone.

 

This 2009 study shows that exposure of semen samples to radio-frequency electromagnetic radiation significantly reduces the vitality and motility of spermatozoa. Radiation can also increase levels of oxidative stress, causing DNA damage and subsequent fertility issues. These problems can lead to miscarriage, offspring morbidity and childhood cancer.
