WaveWall Recycling Programme

TerracycleWaveWall is always working hard to reduce our environmental impact and carbon footprint.

We are now offering a WaveWall recycling service in partnership with TerraCycle, a global leader in recycling ‘hard-to-recycle’ items.

WaveWall cases are non-recyclable with your local authorities (in the UK).

But, with TerraCycle, they can be recycled and somewhere, someday, they will be used to create a new environmentally friendly item – which is awesome!

We are actively trying to reduce our contribution to landfill and so we’re offering a £5 store credit token for every WaveWall case you recycle with us.

Why do I need to send my case back to you to be recycled?

We are all probably aware that we need to recycle more, but we need to go above and beyond the norm to reduce environmental damage and go about healing and saving our planet.

New and innovative recycling methods by companies such as TerraCycle have enabled the recycling of items that would otherwise end up in landfill – such as phone cases.

WaveWall is offering a recycling programme with TerraCycle for our cases.

All you need to do is send them back to us via the recycling form and we’ll take care of the rest.

Remember, we’ll give you a £5 voucher for your cooperation!

Our cases are relatively small and inexpensive to post back to us – the £5 store credit should more than cover the costs.

Please do not send us back the original WaveWall product packaging (this can be recycled via your local recycling service) – please just send us the naked phone.

Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and we’ll provide you with the recycling return address.

Can you accept non-WaveWall phone cases?

No, WaveWall cases are hard to recycle, that’s why we’re offering this service. We have to pay for the recycling service with TerraCycle so we cannot accept non-WaveWall cases.

It’s likely that most other phone cases are also hard to recycle – please check if a phone case can be recycled before throwing one in the bin.

Can you accept cases from overseas?

Of course! So long as you are able and willing to post us the unit, we will recycle it.

We recommend using the cheapest possible postage option.

If you have to fill out customs documentation, make sure the item is listed as a return.

How do I do it?

Contact us via our recycling form at the bottom of this page.

We’ll send you an email with the address details and our inbound recycling form. You MUST include this form in your package in order to receive your £5 WaveWall store credit.

Recycling must go to the address we’ll email to you – NOT our usual returns address or our office address.

That’s all you need to do!

Why should I use your recycling service?

Recycling is something we must all focus on in the coming years and decades, but the time to start taking it seriously is right now.

WaveWall is collaborating with TerraCycle to recycle our cases so they don’t end up in landfill, oceans or otherwise polluting the environment.

It might seem like a small thing, but every single small thing adds up and accumulates to larger, positive gains for our planet.

The more we work together to recycle, the better.

By recycling your old case, you are working with us to do our bit for the environment, and ultimately, to save the planet.

Don’t forget, we will issue you a £5 WaveWall store credit for every WaveWall case you recycle with us!

Please note: this recycling service is only available for the following WaveWall models – Universal, Flip, Classic, iPad, Wallet, Laptop, and Pad. If in doubt, get in touch!
